Here is another shot that has everyone on the trip but me in it. Great group of people to travel and ride with! Hopefully we can do it again real soon.

Had a great weekend of riding and hangin'. Broke some bike parts, tasted a little dirt...it's all good. Can't wait to do it again. Hope you like the picture.

With riding to work yesterday and Mike Z. after work, I rode a total of 2hr 20min. Even though the new tattoo was extremely swollen and jiggled like a bowl of jello with every pedal stroke; I think the long ride did it some good. Got the blood flowing as my buddy Ron suggested when I was debating riding at all. Now it is DuPont week and I am STOKED!!!

Back to winter gear for riding today, it is ok. I will be in North Carolina soon enough with some great friends and epic mountain bike riding. CAN'T WAIT!!! I will post pics when we get back should be a blast.

Commuted to and from work yesterday. It was great, the night ride was the best part eventhough I was over dressed. Riding rather than driving my car is rewarding, I entend to do this a lot more as the weather and work schedule both have alligned to allow me to do so more easily. I hope more people take advantage of the weather and great roads we have in the area, for both recreation and travel by bike.

Road outside today and it was awesome. Best decision of the week so far. Now if I could only do the same for my diet. I guess I shouldn't have told my wife to get me a Twix while at the store on her little errand.

Riding today and getting tattooed this afternoon. Haven't decided if I am going to ride on the trainer or outside yet. Because of the weather I should ride outside; it is supposed to be very nice.

Had a great ride with the fellow Cyclenauts this afternoon. Turned out to be a really nice afternoon. Pedal on.

Going for a ride this afternoon and it will be the first ride outside with out tights this year! I will have to wear knee warmers and a jacket, but who cares it is above 40 degrees. Come on summer!

Don't know if anyone will see this...but I started a blog. I have a lot of friends who ride bikes and I have a lot of friends who are tattooed. I want to see how many people are both tattooed and ride bicycles like I am and do.
